The Friends of the Evans Mills Library group was formed in 2003 to seek contributions and raise funds to support the renovation of the new library building. After the library moved into its current home, we have continued to raise funds and awareness for the library.
You can become a member of the Friends of the Library at the following annual membership levels:
Student/Senior Citizen $7
Individual $10
Family $25
Bronze $50
Silver $75
Gold $100
Any money raised is used to support the library in ways which are not covered by the library’s budget. These include beautification, landscaping, programs, etc.
One of the on-going projects for the Friends is our Christmas Angel Tree. To remember a loved one at Christmas time, you can donate $5 to the Friends of the Library. An angel will be placed on the Library Christmas tree with the person’s name. Donation boxes can be found in the Library, Village Office, or by mailing your information to

Please remember the Library when making memorial contributions and charitable bequests. For a $100 contribution (from one donor or a combination of donors), we will engrave the name of the person you would like to honor on a plaque in the library.
